Data retention is important for users to understand in order to be able to pull historical reports. Intelligent Logistics' data retention policy is outlined below.
Proof of Deliveries:
- POD downloads will be available for customers for an unlimited timeframe as long as the customer has an active Intelligent Logistics subscription.
Brokerage Docs and Int'l Docs:
- Brokerage documents and Int'l document downloads will be available for customers for an unlimited timeframe as long as the customer has an active Intelligent Logistics subscription.
General Data:
- All other data is stored for a minimum of 3 years, so long as the customer has an active subscription with Intelligent Logistics.
