Summary
When browsing the internet and Intelligent Logistics, your browser saves content and data into temporary storage called 'cache'. This is intended to make the user experience better with quicker load times and data retention. However, with new updates to SAP, one of Intelligent Logistics' backend service providers, cached data can cause loading issues. Follow these steps to resolve.
Solution
To clear your cached images and files, locate the "Settings" menu in your browser.
Click on the menu for "Privacy and Security."
Look for the option labelled "Delete browsing data."
Select "Cached images and files." Other elements can be left as is. When ready, click "Delete Data." Close your browser windows and re-open a new session. Then, login to Intelligent Logistics.
