Summary
Often users need to use the Intelligent Logistics tool to specifically where at in the shipping process their packages are. Setting up a custom view to see the number of consumer packages at access points can allow users to view their data and assess how they are shipping. After setting the filters and settings, users can save the report as a custom view that will allow them to access their desired information with ease in the future
Solution
To view the quantity of packages per service level, enter the Carrier Pick-Up Trend chart list.
Once in the application, go to "Transit Status" in your filters and select "Available for Pick-up".
Click "Adapt Filters" and add the filter "Access Pick-up Point". After adding it to your list of filters, select "Yes" from the dropdown menu.
Hit "Go" to populate your table with the data. Enter into the table/chart view, and then enter the settings.
After entering into the chart settings, select "Total" as the measure on Axis 1, "Carrier" as the dimension series, and "Pick-up Date" and the dimension category. Click "OK" to apply the changes and view your data in either chart or table format.
You can now view your data in either table, chart/table, or chart mode. To save your view for future use, click on the dropdown arrow at the top left of the application next to "Standard" and hit "Save As", giving your custom view a new name for ease of access.
Now when you enter the carrier pick-up trend application, you can go to the dropdown arrow and find your custom view for future use.
