The purpose of this article is to provide the steps required for uploading FedEx invoice files into Intelligent Logistics. Starting with the October 25th, 2024 release, this feature will be available for customers in Intelligent Logistics.
**Please note: Before uploading FedEx invoice files into Intelligent Logistics, users must follow the steps outlined here to ensure the proper file specifications are met. Files uploaded in an incorrect or unsupported format will result in an error.
**Please note: The maximum file size that can be uploaded at one time is 50 MB.
- Navigate to the Carrier Billing application group on the home screen, and click on the Invoice List app.
2. Click the Upload button on the right hand side of the screen.
3. Select the options noted in the image below, and click Browse to choose the file.
4. Click Upload. A pop-up window will appear confirming the status of the file.
5. Users can monitor the status of uploaded files by navigating to the Invoice Upload Status app. Please allow up to 24 hours depending on the size of the file.
When the file is successfully uploaded, the associated invoice data will appear in the apps located within the Carrier Billing application group.
