Summary
Intelligent Logistics allows users to create custom reports within the applications called 'Views' from which they can repeatedly work off of without having to save their settings again. Users can schedule reports to be sent automatically from applications on a time schedule without having to manually download them.
If you've made changes to an existing report template / saved view that is currently set up as a scheduled export, you must create a new scheduled report to ensure the updated criteria is reflected in the subsequent email exports. Once you've done that, be sure to delete the old scheduled report within the Manage Scheduled Exports application or you will receive 2 emails containing different data sets.
See link to setup scheduled email exports here.
Please note: scheduled email exports should be limited to 30k records per export. Each user has a maximum of 10 scheduled reports available to them.
Please note: as of October 9, 2023, the email address used for sending Intelligent Logistics user activation and password reset information is being changed to no-reply@intelligent-logistics.io
This new domain will go into effect for scheduled email reports starting October 13, 2023.
Please ensure your organization has whitelisted this address to allow these emails to be successfully delivered.
Scheduled report and user account emails were previously being sent from no-reply@mail.skipum.com
