It is important for users to be able to extract, send, and manipulate their data from Intelligent Logistics. Users have the ability to extract data from Intelligent Logistics using E-Mail, SFTP Connectivity, and browser downloads. Each extract function has its own data limitations of which are outlined in this document.

SFTP
SFTP is able to be configured to receive extracted data from Intelligent Logistics. The upper limit of records to be extracted from Intelligent Logistics via SFTP is 5 million at one time. Those 5M will be broken out into 100k records per file.
Browser Download
Using the 'Export List' option, users can download the data directly via the browser and export to Excel. Up to 500k rows of records can be extracted at one time via the browser download feature. This limit will decrease as additional columns are added to the report.
Email List
Using the 'Email List' option sends the report directly to the email assigned to your user. By selecting 'Email List As,' additional email recipients can be added, and a report schedule can be created. Up to 30k rows of records can be extracted at one time via the Email List feature. Reports greater than 30k rows will have records left off.
