Date Filters in Tracking Apps
- Delivery Date – date/time of scan event when a package is delivered to its destination
- Initial Delivery Attempt – date of first delivery attempt
- Carrier Pickup Scan Date – date/time of scan event when carrier has picked up package.
- In Carrier Possession Date – date/time recorded when UPS has possession of tracking unit after it manifested at facility
- Initial Scheduled Delivery Date – This is the first scheduled delivery date passed onto us from UPS. We lock this field in after it is received. This helps to determine if packages become delayed from their initial creation
- Manifest Date – date/time when label is created
- Origin Scan Date - This scan is the initial electronic record indicating UPS has possession of the shipment (seeing these dates recorded at the same time as In Carrier Possession Date)
- Pick-Up Date – specific data point passed on by UPS, matches with Manifest Date event for label creation
- Scheduled Delivery Date – updated delivery date after UPS takes not of any changes
- Last Feed Update Date – date/time of the last time that specific tracking number was updated in the IL feed
- Last Status Changed Date – the most recent date that the transit status of a package has been updated
Date Filters in Billing Apps
- Customs Entry Date – date in which a package passes through customs
- Delivery Date – same as *Delivery Date* in tracking apps, indicates date that tracking unit was received at its destination *rarely passed on by carriers in the EDI feed*
- Invoice Date –date in which the customer was billed for that invoice
- Invoice Due Date – date that a specific invoice is due to be paid
- Pick-Up Date – same as *Pick-Up Date* in tracking, specific data point passed on by UPS, matches with Manifest Date event for label creation
