Summary
User admins are able to differentiate roles between users to control what data the users are able to work with. Below are the many different user roles that will be available. To set up this functionality, please contact your Customer Success Manager to designate the Administrative User who will oversee this feature.
*All users must either be set as Administrators, Global Account Users or have their specific carrier accounts selected to view data

Administrator: Allows access to all applications and features, including Manage Users controls
User Administrator: Grants access to only the Manage Users app
Flex User: Gives the user the ability to save Public Views
Proof of Delivery User: Grants access to the Tracking Unit List app for Proof of Delivery use
Account Administrator: Allows the user to access the Manage Carrier Accounts/Manage Carrier Account Groups applications to make edits
Global Account User: Grants access to all accounts and their data. Users must have this or Administrator role assigned to see all data. If you would like to restrict by accounts, select the desired accounts from the Carrier Accounts tab for the user
Visibility Power User: Grants access to all visibility apps and features
Visibility Standard User: Gives access to only the Tracking Unit List page and its underlying data
Billing Power User: Grants access to all billing apps and features
Billing Standard User: Gives access to only the Invoice List app and its underlying data
Destination Administrator: Allows the user to set up SFTP/AWS S3 destinations and schedule data transfers
Scheduled Email Report User: Grants the user the ability to schedule automated reports to an email address
Scheduled Destination Report User: User can only see the SFTP/AWS S3 destinations they have created
Beta User: Grants the user access to all beta apps. This is only applicable to customers who have beta app functionality available in their tenant
