Summary
Many Intelligent Logistics customers need to automatically share data with other business systems, such as Order Entry, ERP, CRM, or reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. To support this, Intelligent Logistics allows you to schedule automated file exports that are delivered directly to your chosen destination.
We currently support two secure delivery methods:
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol): Think of this as a secure pipeline that transfers your report files to an SFTP server provided by your IT team.
AWS S3 bucket: This option sends your report files directly into an Amazon cloud storage bucket that you own and manage.
👉 Important: SFTP and S3 are delivery methods (how the file is transferred), not viewing platforms. Once delivered, your IT team or downstream systems will process or consume the files.
This article will show you how to:

Note: You must have admin permissions in Intelligent Logistics to set up these exports. If you don’t, please contact your User Admin or your Customer Success Specialist.

Key Takeaway
SFTP and S3 are the “delivery methods” — they control how the file leaves Intelligent Logistics.
Your business system or IT environment is the “destination” — that’s where the file is stored or consumed.
Once set up, Intelligent Logistics handles the automation so you don’t have to manually export and share reports.
