Summary
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to use the Address Corrections Analysis application to show you how many times a package has been shipped to an incorrect address, along with the address correction type.
Overview
When a package is shipped to an incorrect address, the customer is billed for the correction. Sometimes, the correction can be something as simple as spelling out a word instead of using an abbreviation instead, and depending on how the label was created, customers may be unaware that the address is being corrected. If an incorrect address is receiving multiple packages, it will continually be corrected, and over time those charges can add up. The Address Corrections Analysis application helps users identify these addresses and mitigate the charges going forward.
Solution
To get started, click on the Address Corrections Analysis application and click Go to populate the data.
