- Scheduled Report Enhancements:
- Users are now able to schedule exports to multiple email addresses at the same time, up to a max of 20
- Users are now able to edit existing scheduled export plans in the Manage Scheduled Exports app
- New Applications have been added:
- Tiered Tracking - provides a breakdown of the charges by tracking number, summarized into the following categories: Transportation, Fuel, Accessorials and Other
- On-Time Performance - analyzes the carrier's scheduled/planned delivery date against actual delivery date, including evaluating if delays were/were not within the carrier's control. Please note this is not provided by the carrier, but instead is calculated by our algorithm so our calculation will not match exactly to your carrier
- Note: These applications are in Public Beta and are available for testing and feedback
- A new Invoice Line Items Tracking Numbers field has been added to select apps:
- This field shows users the count of Line Items that have a Tracking Number associated to them
- The existing Volume field has been renamed to Invoice Line Items, and shows the total count of Line Items, including those without a Tracking Number associated
- The Brokerage button seen on Tracking Number popovers will download all available carrier scans into a zip file for customers that have had carrier scans activated
- Zip3 field has been added to apps that support map functionality
- New logo!
Improvements
- C.H. Robinson data feeds have been improved to show additional fields
- FedEx PODs will show the signature image and the Signed For Party will populate in the corresponding field
- Customers with active FedEx tracking feeds should reach out to their CSM to enable this
- Shipper and Billed Accounts will show the account name along with account number in charts and pivots
- The defaulted date range in Visibility apps has been changed from Pick-Up Date to Created On Date to account to capture all carriers
- An error message will appear if a user attempts to run a browser export of over 500k records
- Users can now name their browser export file prior to download
Fixes
- Secondary Charge Distribution app has had the Average Charge field corrected
- Scheduled exports missing the Tracking Number field will no longer see that issue
- The Ship-To (Residential) field will populate correctly
- The Pick-Up Date field not displaying properly in the Invoice Charge Summary app has been corrected

- PODs will be able to be sent directly to a SFTP destination
