What's New?
- Auto-exports to SFTP destinations and email addresses
- Users will be able to send auto-generated reports to an email addresses of their choosing, based on previously saved views. Users can schedule the dates for these reports to be sent and how often they should occur
- The Tracking Summary, Invoice Item Summary, Invoice Charge Summary and Address Corrections Analysis apps will be supported for SFTP and AWS S3 integration. Azure will be added in the future as well. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more details on how to set this up
- Manage Users Functionality
- An administrative user will now be able to designate certain roles for other users within the tenant. This will allow for the ability to limit which functionality and information some users are able to see. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to designate your administrative user and learn more about this feature
- Multi-Carrier Functionality:
- Intelligent Logistics now offers multi-carrier LTL and parcel integration, including Old Dominion Freight, Dayton Freight, OnTrac (parcel) and more to come. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more
- All Chart List applications will have the ability to break charts out into aggregate and flattened views
- Users will be able to transform their chart data metrics into aggregate and flattened table data that can be exported directly to excel
- Geomaps: Regional/Country maps have been added to Chart List applications, with metrics displayed via color scales
Improvements
- Billed Accounts now be able to be added into Carrier Account Groups
- Shipper Account has been added as a table list and filter option in the Address Corrections Analysis app
- The date range options in the Secondary Charge Distribution app will be expanded
- Automated exports will be broken into multiple files if over 100k records
- The length of time scheduled reports are available for download has been increased from 4 to 24 hours
- No Service Assigned charges have been added to the Carrier Service Breakdown application
- Carrier Billing Plan has been added as a filter option in all billing applications
- Sensor scans will indicate if an event has a sensor activity associated to it
- App Finder will be utilized more
- The app finder is found in your user dropdown view. The app finder will allow you to customize your home page by choosing which applications you would like to have pinned to view. This will be utilized as to not clutter views, please check to ensure you have all applications you would like pinned to your view
Fixes
- Charts will successfully expand when selecting to go full size
- Carrier Billing Plan numbers will show in the appropriate filter
- Users are able to label accounts as Company or External in the Manage Carrier Accounts app
- The email field for scheduled reports is no longer case sensitive
- Vertical scroll bars have been enhanced
