The purpose of the Exception Type Account Analysis chart list page is to identify interesting areas within the user's shipper account's exception types or significant single instances using data visualization and business intelligence. The data from this application will help users compare and contrast exception types between their shipper accounts to identify issues and track trends. Visualizations help users to recognize facts and situations, and reduce the number of interaction steps needed to gain insights or to identify significant single instances with exception types.
Users can choose which filter fields are active with the 'adapt filters' button and choose between compact filters or visual filters by clicking on the options located on right side of the screen.
Clicking on a visual field will filter the chart and table data automatically, and the chart is interactive.
Users can choose the type of chart presented, and whether they would like both the chart and table view, or just one of the two. Clicking the Settings button will allow the user to change the chart series and axis.
Users can customize table settings by clicking the Settings button and export their data by clicking 'Export to Spreadsheet' - the button highlighted below in red. Users also can select which view they would like to filter their information by - Outbound, Inbound, or Third Party - as well as create a pivot table of the table data.
You can save any changes made to filters and table settings as a custom view by clicking the drop down arrow next to 'Standard'. This allows users to return to this view at a later time with the same settings already populated. If you want your saved report to be visible to other members of the organization, click the box next to 'Public' before saving. Users also have the ability to email a link to the page, or save your changes as its own tile that will appear on the Intelligent Logistics homepage. Keep in mind that any tiles you save on your homepage will only be visible to your user.
