The Invoice Summary application is a chart list view of all the users invoice data, intended to showcase invoice trends over time and allows the users to create unique visuals to view their data.
Users can choose between visual or compact filters to sort their data and selecting 'Adapt Filters' allows the user to add or remove filters to the screen. Selecting the 'Settings' button within the chart gives users the ability to change the type of chart that is active, and customize which measures or dimensions populate the chart. The charts are all interactive, and selecting a point on the charts will activate it as a filter for the table data below.
Users can customize their table data by selecting 'Settings' and setting which columns are active or inactive. All table data can be exported to Excel with the 'Export to Spreadsheet' button. By clicking the column headers users can organize the data in ascending/descending order.
Users can save their custom filters and settings as their own view within the Invoice Summary application by selecting the drop down next to 'Standard' or they can save the view as its own tile on the Intelligent Solutions homepage with the 'Save as Tile' button. Both of these options allow the user to return to their custom filters/charts without having to apply them again.
