The Item Reference List allows users to look up invoices and the line items contained with them through searching the filterable list by reference number, among other filters. This allows users to examine their invoices at the line item level to analyze their data. It is important to note that the "Reference Value" field is required to draw data.
Users can adjust which filters they are able to search by with the 'Adapt Filters' button, along with adding, deleting or moving columns in the table view with the 'Settings' button. Clicking on a column header will give users the ability to filter the column in ascending/descending order.
Selecting an invoice number will take you to item level detail about the invoice and its line items, while selecting the line item number will take you to specific information on that line item.
Users can save any changes made to their filters or table data as its own view within the Item Reference List by selecting the drop down next to 'Standard' or as its own tile on the Intelligent Logistics homepage by selecting 'Save as Tile'. Users can also export table data to Excel with the 'Save as Spreadsheet' button.
