With a Filterable List, users can view and work with a large set of items. Filterable Lists offer powerful features for finding and acting on relevant items. It is often used as an entry point for navigating to the item details and are efficient ways to look up records by different attributes. The Tracking Unit List will appear empty on first entry but clicking 'go' will access all of your tracking units without filters applied.
You can set which filter fields are active with the 'adapt filters' button.
You can control which columns are active in the table with the settings button, which also allows you to sort and group the table data.
Clicking on a column header allows you to sort the column data in ascending/descending order. Once a record is found, clicking the row allows you to view the details of the object.
Returning to the tracking unit page, you can save any changes made to filters and table settings as a custom view so you can return to the same settings at a later time. Table data can be exported to Excel via the 'export to spreadsheet' button next to settings. You also have the ability to email a link to the page or save your changes as its own tile that will appear on the Intelligent Logistics homepage.
