The reference list works similar to other filterable lists but works with reference data. With a filterable list, users can view and work with a large set of items. Filterable lists offers powerful features for finding and acting on relevant items. It is often used as an entry point for navigating to the item details, and are efficient ways to look up records by different attributes.
The Settings button in the upper right hand corner of the table allows users to customize the way the table looks.
Columns can be added, removed and re-ordered. Sorting and grouping criteria can also be added, to arrive at table with the appropriate information for the user. Click the Restore button returns the table to the default view for the table.
Once a record is found, clicking the row allows you to view the details of the object.
Returning back to the reference list page, you can save any changes made to filters and table settings as a custom view so you can return to the same settings at a later time. Table data can be exported to Excel via the 'export to spreadsheet' button next to settings. You also have the ability to email a link to the page, or save your changes as its own tile that will appear on the Intelligent Logistics homepage.
