What's New?
- Transit Status Category has been added as a filter and table column option. This allows users to view and filter their tracking units by 'Completed', 'In-Progress', 'Pre-transit' and 'Undeliverable'.
- Completed: Delivered
- In-Progress: In-transit, out for delivery, in exception status
- Pre-transit: In pre-transit
- Undeliverable: Return to sender, discarded or destroyed
- Package Reference and Shipment Reference Data has been added to most tracking applications. This data is more specific reference data than previous contained in the software.
- Brokerage Customs Information now included, allowing users to see tariff codes and country of manufacture.
- Lead Tracking Number allows users to identify the first tracking number in a multi-piece shipment to identify related tracking units.
- New table column options are available across all applications.
- Tracking Summary Analytical List application: Customers can aggregate their visibility data and break it down by services, or customize the table to group based on the users preference.
- Carrier Account management and Carrier Account Groups
- Manage Carrier Accounts: Records of users' shipper accounts, their services and all shipments made on behalf of the account. New accounts will appear upon their first recorded tracking unit, or users can create them. Inbound accounts are not currently offered.
- Manage Carrier Account Groups: Users can create groups of multiple carrier/shipper accounts, which they can use to filter by in other applications. The Carrier Account Groups created will show for all users.
Improvements
- Performance of the product will be improved. Users should notice quicker load times within their systems.
- Users will now need to select 'GO' to populate data on many applications and filter options.
- Scheduled Delivery Performance is more accurate.
- When typing in many search filters it will autofill with suggestions based on your text. Please note that the filter searches are case sensitive.
Fixes
- Tracking Overview Dashboard issues with incorrect dates displaying has been fixed.
