Customers often need to save a full Tracking Unit Summary Page from Intelligent Logistics for audits or documentation. Because these pages are often too large to capture in one screen, we recommend using the GoFullPage Chrome extension.
These pages contain detailed shipment information such as delivery status, carrier info, addresses, POD data, and transit events.
Example of a TU Summary Page
Above is a typical TU Summary Page with all the relevant tracking information.
How to Open a TU Summary Page
TU summaries are available in tracking apps like Tracking Unit List, Tracking Summary, or any page with blue hyperlink tracking unit numbers.
Step-by-step:
Locate a TU hyperlink in your tracking data table (e.g., in Tracking Unit List, Tracking Summary).
Click the blue tracking unit number to open a popup summary.
-
In the popup summary:
Click the blue TU hyperlink again to open the full TU Summary Page in a new tab.
-
Alternate option (Tracking Unit List only):
Instead of clicking the hyperlink, click the cell/column the TU is in to open a side summary panel.
Then maximize the panel using the expand icon in the top-right corner to view the full summary.
TIP: The full TU Summary page has tabs like
General Information | Carrier | Partners | Events, confirming you’re in the right place.
📷 How to Capture a Full TU Summary Page with GoFullPage
Because these pages are often very tall, capturing them manually leads to cut-off screenshots or unreadable text. Here’s how to capture it cleanly:
Step 1: Install GoFullPage in Chrome
Go to the GoFullPage extension page.
Click “Add to Chrome” > then “Add Extension.”
-
Pin it to your toolbar: Click the 🧩 icon > click the pin next to GoFullPage.
Step 2: Capture the TU Summary
On the TU Summary page, click the GoFullPage camera icon in your browser bar.
It will scroll through the entire page and capture everything.
Once done, a new tab will open showing the full image.
Click Download Image (PNG) or Download PDF.
Notes & Tips
GoFullPage works best in Google Chrome.
If some sections are cut off, try resizing your browser window narrower before capturing. Moving the screen to a bigger monitor will help with this.
Chrome’s built-in “Save as PDF” (Ctrl+P) may not show all data properly, so GoFullPage is the recommended method.
