The Invoice Net Spend/Volume Analysis application displays invoice item data that is pre-formatted, allowing the user to view the data in the following ways:
- Net Spend/Volume (Quarterly)
- Net Spend/Volume (Monthly)
- Net Spend/Volume (Weekly)
- Year over Year (Quarterly)
- Year over Year (Monthly)
- Year over Year (Weekly)
Click on any of the report columns to sort the data in ascending or descending order. To see this data in more detail, use the Invoice Item Summary application to view the individual line items.
Invoice Net Spend/Volume Analysis is a static list type application, meaning the columns presented are fixed and cannot be adjusted. The user can add additional filters to narrow down the data being shown by clicking Adapt Filters and selecting from a range of options.
Data can be exported or scheduled by clicking the spreadsheet button or corresponding arrow shown below the Adapt Filters link.
