The Projected Shipping Charges application is an optional application that helps customers more easily budget and anticipate their spend. The filterable list application provides customers with the normal cost associated with their shipment as well as their discounted rate prior to invoicing, providing a preview of their anticipated shipping expenditures. This list will appear empty on first entry but clicking ‘Go’ will access the data.
Users can adjust which filters they are able to search by with the 'Adapt Filters' button, along with adding, deleting or moving columns in the table view with the 'Settings' button. Selecting the ‘Auto Resize’ button will also automatically correct column sizing. Clicking on a column header will give users the ability to filter the column in ascending/descending order.
Selecting a single tracking number will provide you with additional tracking information. From here you can elect to receive tracking notifications as well as download the individual proof of delivery if available.
Selecting multiple tracking numbers allows you to download multiple PODs. You can opt for group export and receive a zip file of the selected records, or a summary export, which provides the POD information in Excel format.
Users can save any changes made to their filters or table data as its own view within the Item Reference List by selecting the drop down next to 'Standard' or as its own tile on the Intelligent Logistics homepage by selecting 'Save as Tile'. Users can also export table data to Excel with the 'Save as Spreadsheet' button.
