Introduced in October 2022, the Tracking Partner Count application helps users identify the different partner addresses being used in their shipments. This generates a filterable list, which offers powerful features for finding and acting on relevant items. It is often used as an entry point for navigating to the item details and is an efficient way to look up records by different attributes. The list will appear empty on first entry but clicking ‘Go’ will access the data.
Users can adjust which filters they are able to search by with the 'Adapt Filters' button, along with adding, deleting or moving columns in the table view with the 'Settings' button. Clicking on a column header will give users the ability to filter the column in ascending/descending order.
Users can save any changes made to their filters or table data as its own view within the Item Reference List by selecting the drop down next to 'Standard' or as its own tile on the Intelligent Logistics homepage by selecting 'Save as Tile'. Users can also export table data to Excel with the 'Save as Spreadsheet' button.
